iddlle Control problem

hi everyone firstly sorry for my poor english. i have f20b honda accord i have wems software. and we have do iddle Control on wems contral Page but that dont works. i mean in iddle socked have Walt (elektric) 12w but it dont works anybıdy can help me? thanks
