problems with EGT after update

Hi, first I updated from my old 2006 something software to 2009-04-30.
When the hole ecu got locked I erased that and put in the 2008-02-12 software instead.
After that I have the problem that my egt will not show the temperature.
Whith the engine running it still showed something like 24 degrees C.

I tried doing the calibration whith a small powersorse, I used 38mV.
First it just showed 24 degrees if i put the kables from the guage together, apart or put the power on the green wire.
After some udjusting in the calibration I can make it show 27degrees when put together, somthing like 3-400degrees held apart, but back to 27degrees when i put the 38mV on the green wire.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?
