which firmware to use

My rover v8 4.6 engine has been out of action getting upgrades for over 3 years now.

Finally its back together and I am thinking of getting ready to turn the key again.

Last firmware I used was 1.2.30, so which one would be the best newest firmware to run now?, as some say testing only

1.2.38 is perfectly fine, nevers has to be used with caution.

Once its running a done a few miles, i'll look to get the firmware updated to 1.2.38.

dont forget to disable fuel pump pwm control after the upgrade.
