Yeah the skim would have moved the timing, but I have adjustable cam gears and zero'ed the cams in on their factory settings.

I may try advancing the inlet a little, and I'd very much like my turbo engine back, but theres also the possability of doubling the number of cylinders for sir's pleasure...

Hi Rob,

Well, at least it's running!!!!

Before you go altering the current cam position, would it be possible to get the lift@ TDC figures it's currently timed at for the inlet and exhaust?  This would reveal a lot.  If the TDC marking is accurate, you'll only need 1 DTi (But it is a lot easier with with 3....and looks more impressive to people observing lol)

I'm pretty sure that I can find the stock lift figures somewhere.  At the moment the car sits unlooked at because of rather more pressing work issues.
