LOL at the factual information... 

You need to make an Intel HEX file from the INC file.  My spreadsheet manages to do this with a bit of work. This can then be patched into a firmware in the appropriate place and then uploaded into the ECU.  (Easier to see someone do this than to write it down!)

There's 256 values for the temperature cal section, and they are simply close packed bytes from the INC file.

I have downloaded a software program called WinHex, and its a bit confusing lol, as ever. I need to read up on it to work out whats what. :D

Theres only so much accuracy that you need... Or are you moving toward your next add-on board being some infra-red sensors for air and water???  :P
