Tune by statistics and dual widebands
« on: February 01, 2015, 12:57:32 am »
I'd like to get VT tune by stats to give me an "average" tune based on both the widebands in my engine.  Currently it will only look at the first sensor.  Where is the tune expression kept and can I edit it? I found something that looks about right in the ini file, but it seems to not be the right thing.

Any pearls (or perls would do... ;) ) of wisdom?

Do you have much difference between the banks at steady speed? In my case it is mainly when accelerating or closing throttle I see a gap. At steadyspeed  the dual channel ego control works pretty well and I put it on.
But indeed it could be useful to choose from which channel have the stats done, eg. trimming the injector, or from both.

There's a 3% bias between the banks throughout the operating range.  I have no idea why yet, but otherwise the ECU works extremely well.  I'd prefer to get the VE table tuned to sit in the middle of the bias.
