I would never work with a DBW controller that is standalone and takes orders over CAN or anything similar, you simply never know what could happen and how the controller would react when there are issues in signaling and such.

i could really use this, so i could change the ecu in some of the newer subaruĀ“s , Impreza STI + Forester, but also so i can use a dbw complete manifold,

There is one made for the subaruĀ“s in Aus, but its 450$, but that is a complete standalone with mapping software, and for the vems , i could use the tps output from the pedal sensor, this have built in safety,
but its still recommended for none moving engines :)
I assume that is "if anything happens" , that there is that recommended text

MWfire, is it for a costumers car you have made that controller?

Thanks,
Skassa

btw it would be great if vems could have 0-5v output, maybe there is any chip who can be used instead of one wire interface? it could work with pololu.

ok, now we have drive by wire, that's good, controlled from 6-7 injector channel, that's bad if you want to start v8 engine with that. so, is there any possibility with newer firmwares to use any other output for that? thanks. I'm starting mercedes amg v8 soon, so I'm intrested how to use injector channels, make it 2 injectors on channel or wait some time :)

Yes, you can use pwm for injectors. So no problem for v8.

but if  we try to make it sequential, then it's not enough outputs :)

You have 8 injectors drivers + injector pwm driver. So, yes you can make v8 sequential and have DBW.

ok, how? last time I have got assembled  vems with dbw in box it used 6-7 injector channels. one channel cut before the injector driver chip. so how it must be connected? it would be nice to get more detailed instructions :)

yellow area is pwn output.

I can add you H bridge for DBW using that output. From where are you?
