could someone clear my querie for me please im changing to a single coil and dizzy setup so if i set the vems tune to one igbt output to charge the coil negative side and feed it with an ignition live will the coil firing and the dizzy setup be intime if you know what i mean cheers

Why should it change timing? That is related to the trigger settings.
You can find out yourself with a timing light anyway, to get a better grasp of how this functions.

In short, you need to have as many rows in your ignition output table as nr of cylinders, and each row should contain the same output. No other changes needed, other than charge time and charge time map scale (to suit your coil).
Where do you find those settings you may ask ? There is only one place to configure the ignition settings, takes no effort to find.
