5v supply from ps2 connection
« on: May 13, 2011, 07:48:02 pm »
my ecu has just stopped sending a 5v supply via the PS2 socket for some reason, worked a few weeks ago.

Now nothing checked all the wiring & connections all look ok....

So what can i test next to see if anything has failed?????

or how do i test the motherboard to find out whats gone wrong.

thanks

Do you still get 5v out of the EC36 plug?

yes i've checked the 5v supply to my cam sensor and i am getting 5.1v there.

Pugged the ecu in without the case this morning, and tested the output on the pins and i am getting 5v from the board.

So mut be a wiring fault somewhere....

Will test all my connections later today when i next have time.

For a moment i thought it was board related...few....

cheers
