Rolling Road Mapping
« on: May 10, 2011, 10:22:08 am »
I may be missing the obvious here - are there any UK 4 wheel drive rolling rodes that have experience with VEMS. I am thinking about going plug and play as MRC are not tuning ABY engines anymore on motronic. However I dont want to be monkying around with the mapping and it needs to be reliable. Is Vems a viable alternative to Motec?

Doug @MRC has cleared up the confusion on this,  MRC will be able to remap S2's soon but at present there is a hardware issue that is preventing them doing this job to their satisfaction so mappings are on hold until this issue is resolved.

Alternatively you can contact Automark for mapping.

For a 4WD roller Martin at Reylands in Birmingham said he would be able too do it, the fuel and ignition mapping side is universal it's the fine tweaking that takes a specialist really.

I couldn't find a one stop RR that had VEMS knowledge, Rob do you know one?
