Having a helluva time getting settings right so car will idle,running hella rich

Anyone willing to look at my configs to see if they notice something off?

85 928, swapped in an 89 928 S4 engine, new fuel pump, new fuel pressure regulator, new Bosch coil on plug firing in pairs, new Siemens Deka IV 60lb injectors batch firing. Something somewhere is telling VEMS to dump too much fuel, but I can't figure out what.
