VEMSTUNE - RPM jumping from 0-63,000
« on: March 30, 2010, 07:42:46 am »
I first got VEMSTUNE to play with vems last night.  This was the first time I connected to my VEMS box.

TPS worked fine
during cranking, I had no RPM.

I opened trigger settings, changed teeth from whatever it was, 58, I think, to 11 (I'm using a 12-1 wheel).  I clicked send.  burn turned red.  I clicked burn.  I waited about 8 seconds and hit the starter.  rpm and TPS started going wonky and reading whatever the hell they wanted, and haven't stopped since.  I've reburned firmware a couple times, once to the 1.0, and once to the 1.1 listen here on this forum, and neither time has it stopped jumping around wildly.

Does anyone have any insight as to wtf is going on?

Thanks
Alec

soooo...
Turns out every time I open google chrome, Vemstune goes tits up.

Weird.  when IE opens up, there're no issues at all.  :\
