IRF640N as INJFET anyone?
« on: March 03, 2009, 06:48:28 pm »
Here in Wiki someone claims to use those with great success but there's no details how to exactly use them. Here's the link: http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=MembersPage%2FGergelyLezsak%2FFlyBack

Do you have to have power-flyback/30V transinet diode etc still in place or not?

IRF640N's are cheap and they would be very easy to use.

yes, two cars with lpg(0.9ohm, 4A for open, 1A for staying open). 0.4V when pwm is activate, 30V when injector must close.

Could you be more specific? Do you use just the 30v diode on the flyback lead and no add-on board power-flyback with Low-Z?
