This is where I´m going to put in some info on it and the problem I´m having.
Engine had a non return system and a voltage modulated pump,
We converted that into a return system and normal pump operations by installing a fpr that luckily bolted on to the side
of the fuel rail where a block was before, pump was rewired away from the Ford voltage module.
I didn´t have enough time to measure fuel pressure with engine dead and thus 100kpa refrence on the fpr.
But the owner is going to install a gauge and get back to me.
Engine sparks, but doesn´t catch. I thought the crank sensor might be incorrectly wired so I
swapped the pins in the plug, It shows trigger errors after that, but went away after I put them back.
I logged some trigger info in the term program, just need to put it up for checking.
Also I can´t see a way to check the ignition timing on the engine as it doesn´t seem to have any reference points on the front of the engine.
I have a feeling that the fuel pressure is just not there and that´s why it´s not catching,
If anybody has any info on those systems converted into return then let me know,.
