Injector staging lean issue

Hi all, am installing VEMS on GEN 2 Hayabusa, and wired the injectors to have 4 main injectors and the other upper injectors to be controlled by staging, but am facing a lean issue when I turn on the staging injectors, I tried it on various loads and points every time it just go super lean and the engine cuts, so I stopped before I brake anything! anyone can advice?

Take care that you have properly setup:

* rate to primary injectors
* transition fuel trim (offset) to correct injector opening/closing time difference.
