Having huge problems with my MGB V8, engine stall under acceleration not only hard acceleration but also just light take off. Set up: Rover 4.0 V8 Vems 3.2 board running 1.2.11 firmware. Wasted spark, one lambda and one EGT. Car has been running well with this set up for the last year
Looking at log files lambda goes suddenly very lean, always happens during acceleration mostly in low gears. A pull in 4th gear from low 1000 rpm to 4000 with full throttle seems to be OK. My first thoughts was fuel problems, change both fuel filters and new pump - made no difference. Change fuel pressure regulator - no difference. Tried to run with fuel pressure regulator without vacuum connection and change settings in VE table to get correct lambda - no difference.
Any good aidears what coud be my problem?
Would like to share log files, but how do I do that?
