forum/message notification through email

Hi all;
Question.
Is it possible to get an email if someone posts a message to a thread you started??
I found this very usefull, have it on anther forum where I'm an user of.
In this way you can follow up your own threads more easily.

See the "Notify" button on the right?
You also have Profile -> Account Settings -> Modify profile -> Notification settings.
