VEMSTune on Atom Laptop???
« on: June 19, 2013, 11:53:18 am »
Hi,

I was wondering if anyone used VEMSTune on laptops with Intel atom processor?, will it run fine and fast or not?
My laptop got very old and slow, as I heard that Intel atom processor laptops can stay on battery for about 6 hours!

Thanks

I use a Dell 910 (mini9) with a atom 1.60ghz processor and SSD for logging while driving and changing any settings while on the road in my car.

Screen is only 9ins, so you don't get much info on it, speed wise its ok for logging over a few hours as the battery will last 4hrs with the lid shut, as they don't get warm like a laptop then this is fine.

It works just like my other faster laptop where vems is concerned, and its small enough just to slide down by the seat out of the way.

The SSD drive is quick and wont suffer and damage due to bumpy roads.
