Is Vemstune Nightly Release Broken?

I've been using the latest version of nightly release without issues until I recently updated the ini files. Vemstune crashes when opening some tables, and there are missing ini files. File updater stops working and eventually closes by its self when it reaches the ignition settings files. Current released version of Vemstune works ok with all ini files updated.

Anyone else noticed a problem.
