i have a vems ecu that doesn't have the wheel speed sensor 2 input is there another input that is a frequency input?

AFAIK there is no other, but you can add the wheel speed inout yourself quite easily. Here's a link where it is explained:

Do you have wheelspeed 1? If it's not already used. Otherwise, Wheelspeed2 would have to be added. If you're located in the US, I offer that service.
