Audi s2 3B Project calibration
« on: November 29, 2013, 08:56:25 pm »
hello All

This is my first post after browsing around for several months. The car is a Audi S2 3B. spec is as follows:

Forged internals
Holset HX35 turbo
Vems AAN pnp ecu pins swapped.
intake is reverse manifold with 3" induction piping.
044 fuel pump
ev14 850cc injectors @3 bar (1000cc @ 4bar)
4 Bar FPR.

firmware 1.1.95

The car now starts and runs. its now time to begin mapping ect. current I have EGO and fuel cut off.

The first thing I need to fix is trigger errors (less sec trig error), causing misfires. I am using div by 9 at the moment I have tried div by 3 and 27 with no change. standard 3b flywheel is in the car. do I need a wider crank home pin?

I have attached my config which is pretty much a base map and a trigger log. I will strobe my timing tomorrow to confirm crank home pin angle.

any help would be much appreciated
