4age trigger wheel

HI,
Well am new here, and as you can see this is my first post to do
am in process of working 4age engine on VEMS, but am facing some problems in planning it, in fact i didn't start yet but i want to put all the ideas in to be a quick setup, i searched here and there for what am looking for but no fair result.
the case of not being able to fit a crank sensor is the small area there, i can't see where i can fit the sensor and wheel, i searched for pics and examples, but no use, if there is any, can someone enlighten me please?

why small area?this engine is place in starlet, and it's turbo charged, there for the rad is being pushed more into the engine to fit the intercooler.

Ultimately the 24+4 trigger is not easy to work with, uses VR/inductive sensors and prone to noise.
Some have made it work with the stock trigger and VR sensors, but cut off 3 tooth from the cam sync (4 teeth, only need 1).

In the simplest case you can take the primary trigger in the distributor, which is a 24 tooth wheel, and cut one tooth from it to make a "24-1" wheel. Use the stock VR sensor and go from there.
That enables you to trigger VEMS without much work. With that trigger you can use the distributor which comes stock, or you can use separate coils.
The only potential problem is signal level while cranking and the missing tooth not being more shallow (false tooth triggering).
I'd like some input from those who might have tried this! I have potential install coming up on one of these engines.

You can fit a trigger wheel behind the pulley on the crank and fabricate a sensor mount, it's been done. If that's an easy task then go ahead.

I have endless 4AGE engines running on crank triggers NONE work with the standard distributor, PM me as I have a friend with the perfect solution.
