I need to add some wire to my VEMS, like electric fan trigger. etc.

Where do I get the plug/female pin from?

Normally I tape the spare crimps and grommets onto something on the loom.
If they're not about PM me your address and I'll throw a handful in the post.

Cheers Rob, I will have a look at Simon's VEMS spare box before I get some from you.

Just abit of an update, the VEMS is running and idling fine on my engine, but abit sluggish in terms of responsiveness.

I will meet up with James to have an initial check and discuss what we can achieve on coming Monday. Hopefully we can sort out the problem.

It will be sluggish with the map and acceleration enrichment that it currently has, once you get it onto AlphaN and some more advance low down it will become much more snappy and responsive.

Its simple to convert to AlphaN, phone if you need anything.

Try www.polevolt.co.uk and download their catalogue. Not the cheapest by but have a great selection of connectors

others to try are

www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu
www.simtekuk.co.uk

Of course theres the VEMS web shop, but for speed, the links above, you'll most probibly get it next day. I made a complete new wiring loom using all three companies for the parts, and it is as good as the OEM loom with no splicing

 ;) ;)
