Golf 3 16v HALL CRANK SENSOR PROB HELP.....

Hello
I`ve got vw ABF 2.0 16v no mod ori engine
Sensors
crank HALL 60-2
cam no connect
Problem
On 5.5krpm trigger errors and engine work like on revlimt.....revlimit set on 8krpm
I check grounds , battery voltage....

I have no idea where is problem....please help:)

Can't see anything there.
Can you back-probe across the trigger and ground to see if the Hall signal is high?  If its possible to turn the engine over by hand using a socket on a bar (take the plugs out to make turning easier) you should see the voltage switch from high to low as the teeth pass in front of the sensor.

What firmware are you using?  Have you checked the h[1] table?

I think that this might be the root of the problem, the ECU could be running almost any version of firmware, I've PMed you so we can work out the details of your setup and then we'll go through the configuration of the firmware here.

Are you sure the 60-2 is a HALL sensor?

My original 1.8T 20V Audi AEB engine is not using a HALL sensor for the crank mounted 60-2 trigger wheel.

Yes, on ABF Hall sensors. Both - cam and crank.
