CLIO CUP MK 1 RACE CAR ON VEMS

Hello,

I have a Mk1 RENAULT CLIO CUP CAR that wa sraced in the first cup series backing up the BTCC years ago.  It is now a dedicated track car and i have spent the last year renovating it and fitting a new uprated engine.  The std 1.8 16v engine has been swapped to a williams bottom end with a megane worked head and various other modifications.  It currently runs a VEMS ecu.

I now have JENVEY throttle bodies ready to be fitted and am looking for someone to map the vems to suit.

I am based in north midlands near stoke on trent.  Initial work was done by ben at angle works near cambridge area.

Car is not road legal now so will be trailered everywhere.

Is there anyone localish that can set up and map the jenveys to the VEMS?

Hi mate, Ben did a nice install on that car and we had a few long evenings getting it setup, yours was the first Clio to have a VEMS setup IIRC.  Got any pics of the car, eye candy is always welcome :D

Yes he did a good job but it so looooonggg :)  Just dropped it back in its home (garage) till next weekend when bro in law puts the bodies on.

Just need someone to help with the wiring of the ITB;s now and to get a copy of the vems software as i have no disc!!!!

ITBS on the car virtually now.  Wiring up to do then mapping on the rollers.

The cars now wired up and started today, idling ok.  Thanks to GUNNAR that is!!!
