This street car is Australian designed and built but based on the USA Ford Falcon.

Majority were six cyl (170/200 CI) with only a handful of V8s (289 CI) built.

My car has a 5.0 H.O. small block Ford V8 (Windsor) from a 1989 Mustang GT with a few small mods to handle ~500HP:

  • Larger valves
  • Bowl job porting
  • Roller Rockers
  • ARP fasteners
  • ~0.600 lift cam

Big mods to make ~500HP and keep everything under the bonnet.
I replaced the intake manifold and up with a custom Supercharged/EFI setup:

  • Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger 2.3 liter/rev
  • VEMS 3.6
  • Holley 1000CFM 4 barrel throttle body
  • TFX 55lb/576cc lowZ injectors
  • Edelbrock rails
  • Mallory boost referenced fuel regulator
  • Bosch 044 pump
  • MSD coil packs in wasted spark configuration

I want it to run 11.0s so it has a serious drivertrain:

  • Custom TCE 2800 stall converter
  • PA Super Comp C10 3 speed auto - full manual - reverse pattern - transbrake - 1000HP capacity
  • 3" 4130 chrome moly driveshaft with billet yokes
  • Custom Ford 9" rear - 3.5 ratio - Detroit TrueTrac - billet 31 spline axles

Had lots of fun building it, now having lots more fun tuning and driving and soon drag racing!
