Exactly those SMD resistors, mount another one on top of each.

i use dwell time 1-1.2ms on lpg and 2.7ms on e85 on audi active cop.

This way the total resistance will be about 250 Ohm with 12v supply....

i use 12V with 220ohm resistor in serie.
