Round (Display Only) Button Not Working?

I have the display-only round gauge set up (using VemsTune), firmware 0.4.8. When connected to VEMS unit, it displays information correctly, the problem is, I can't seem to get the button to work. Pressing it has no effect.

Any tests I can do or settings I might have messed up?

Try change the button thereshold number under Analog - Analog input settings. Right now I see that default should be 160, but one gauge I resently configured, has number 128 there and it works.

Cheers for the suggestion ranz. Unfortunately, it looks like the gauge itself might be faulty - fiddling with the input settings shows 205=Button always on, while 204=Button off, pressing does nothing.
I've also tried re-flashing firmware, flashing with button pushed in...
