Launch RPM vs Road Speed principle ?

Another my stupid question, but I'm not able to imagine how this feature should work. I've found this page on WIKI http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=InputTrigger%2FWheelSpeed, but basic principle isn't here. Is here some advantage over clasic LC ? Thanks.

Yes you can limit engine speed for a given road speed , so this way you have a variable rev limit and it should cut wheel spin so that you can spin only the exact amount needed for maximum acceleration
