1.1.65 problem with Gamma Enrichment (GammaE)

I cannot get gammaE to come out sensible in Vemstune or the logs when running on my bench-test harness.

If every enrichment I can reasonably get at is set to 100, then GammaE always comes out at 149%
Things I have done:
*Warmup bins set to 100
*MAT/TPS enrichment set to 100
*VE table (in desparation) set to 100
*Zeroed accel enrich
*turned off baro. correction (always off on the NA cars anyway)
*turned off EGO control

I believe this issue is also present in 1.1.63 and 1.1.64

Is it simply a logging glitch, a bug in the 1.1.6x code or have I overlooked a setting?

I had problems with the new vemstune sending my gauges crazy.

I found if I changed the default protocol from SIPR to Megatune in ECU configuration and made sure the Inter Write Delay was 30 the issues went away

Jamo - thanks. I already use in inter write delay of 30.

But it's not the issue I'm talking about - I simply cannot detect an ECU at all with the new software. It looks like the fix for the Prolific USB devices hasn't been compiled in to the new release. I will try again tonight using a different USB device.

Is the enrichment fix simply a config issue I could get by editing the relevent *.ini file?

I have no problem connecting using a prolific driver after changing the inter write delay to 50

Is this with the newest Vems tune (2010-01-08)? I have no problem with the last 2009 release.

GammaE issue solved - it was a problem in vemsTune-v3-1.1.63.ini

The line:
gammaEnrich      = scalar, U08, 19, "%",      1.476, 0.000

Should read:
gammaEnrich      = scalar, U08, 19, "%",      0.99, 0.000

It's all fine now without a software upgrade.
