Post by: AVP on May 24, 2009, 12:18:13 AM
On the miniterminal when i type Man, i get all sorts of signs like : $#%$&$*@&@)(*&^^*@ that make no sense.

im trying to do a recalibration of the wideband but i make no sense of the terminal.

what's wrong?

That sounds a bit strange, what is mini terminal?  I only ever use Bray terminal.
You cannot recalibrate the wideband now that the sensor is dirty.

oh
on version 1.1.44 under communication there is this 'mini-terminal' where you write the commands.

i didnt know that you cannot recalibrate the wideband.... what would the dirt cause in any case?

i know that Marc calibrated it ,i just thought of rechecking it

The soot on the sensor will contain unburnt fuel - so you'll never get a clean fresh air sample.

i actually have the Bray terminal but as soon as i connected to VEMS it started getting info running down the main screen and i couldnt do anything with it!

what settings should it have to work?

(finally the mini terminal worked, but i need to know for the future)
