Title: TDC after trigger min value
Post by: z0tya on March 30, 2009, 07:30:04 PM
Can this setting get minimal value? For example 0?
Is it make some trouble?

My friend has a v8 bmw with 60-2 with this settings:

tdc after trigger : 0
num of teeth on wheel: 58
trigger tooth: 10
next trigger tooth: 15
crank min: 0

with 1.1.27 fw

thx

It can work but only if ignition output table is rotated. It's not recommended because it makes config more messy.

60 teeth = 6 deg per tooth
trigger tooth of 10 = 60deg after trigger.

Setting trigger tooth to 1 and TDC after trigger to 54 would give you upto 54degrees of advance.
