I will have to look out for some of this ;D http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=FTQqjggeklo&feature=related
Interesting this one. My advice, Dont blob the solder across the pins if you can really help it!! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=e5qYG95bbz8&NR=1

I find a fine point tip and 0.4mm solder to do the trick. My soldering technique isnt the best as I dont have the practice and hope not to get much more :D But it does the job, just doesnt look pretty.
I like the idea of reflow but just cant bring myself to place the Genboard on the George Foreman :D
Hope this is of help as it was for me, it gave me that little bit of confidence that I was doing the right thing ;)
A soldering trick is to squeeze the solder down to make it thin so that you can apply a small amount rather than the great wad that comes from a normal gauge of solder. Squeeze the solder flat between long nose pliers and use a side cutter to slice the flat solder down the middle.
