Is there any more info available how to connect the etc module to vems on a ecu without prewired loom for this?
I have a v3.8 ecu that needs drive by wire.

The PWM output is the unused hole right next to MAP sensor holes. There is 7 holes in a row, 6 are used by MAP sensor, 7th is PWM output. Besides that, only GND is needed and that's all.
Or use spare inj output.
Sorry for the late response, but now i have the ETC module on the table and can test it.
Are you saying i should connect the PWM output directly to pin 1 on the SSC6 connector (Bridge-control)?
No resistors or diodes or similar?
Pin 6 should it be connected to power GND?
And if i want to control PFET outputs 2,3,4,5 do i connect these to P259 outputs?

No, you can connect H output for ETC on spare injector output.

This isn't hard.
Either the pwm pad as Peep pointed out, or a spare injector output as Valdas pointed out goes to SSC6 pin 1 (Bridge control). SSC6 pin 6 (GND) needs to be connected as well, naturally.
Forget about the PFET, those aren't for ETC. Do that later if you need.
People should be ordering the ECU with ETC so you can just plug it in. Or order the ECU with the ETC mounted inside.
