Title: 2015-09-08 Software - cannot change Rotary Trailing Spark table
Post by: DButters on October 22, 2015, 07:19:07 PM
Hi All,

Now using the latest 'stable' release, with 1.2.30 firmware, I cannot change this table. I can edit the values but the 'burn' button never goes red and hitting it just brings back the old values. I could change this for sure with the older release and 1.2.11 firmware.
Has anyone else seen this or am I the worlds only rotary VEMS user?

Hello Dbutters,

You will need to press ENTER key after typing the number in the new curve editor, rest assured this bug has been fixed in upcoming VT release. It is not related to firmware in any way, but rather to the key/navigation handling in the tuning software.

Best regards, Dave

Thanks Dave - understood.
I would call that a 'feature', document and be done with it :)
Kamuto - turbo RX8 sounds fun, just dont be tempted to throw too much boost in on those high comp rotors...

Nope, but I finally put mine on the shelf after this dyno run. The wastegate (cheap chinese) was inconsistent, and I blew apart the cooling system. So it's getting a LS1, but extremely slowly since I have no time and no money.
