Title: 1.2.10 Issues
Post by: billman on February 26, 2013, 10:51:36 AM
I started a new thread here in order to see If other experience the same.

I updated to 1.2.10 and noticed the following:

When choosing the Divby9 settings from the dropdown menu on Primary Trigger settings something occurs I think and the config goes bad.

I did a manual Divby9 Setup and it works without issues.

But I noticed the following: With 1.1.96 TDC before trigger was 59 (Divby3). with 1.2.10 and Divby3 I had to set it at 56 and now with Divby9 I had to set it at 53! Why is that?

Yesterday I tried div by 9 on fresh installation. And got even 51deg. But angle was stable, and everything else what I test worked OK.

Did you choose the Divby9 settings from the drop-down menu or did you used another previous config that was on Divby9?

From dropdown. But then adopted to my IGn table. And maybe "RPM filter, cam based trigger" was active.

I tried twice from the dropdown menu to change from Divby3 to divby9 and both times I had issues.  I am curious to find out why that happened.

Did you noticed less trigger errors with the 1.2.x versions?

I noticed the car starts up much quicker. Less cranking time.
