Title: using VEMS to trigger a narrow band gauge

Hi all,
long time no speak :-)
i have a autometer Phantom narrow band gauge, can i use the vems thats running wideband to give a narrowband signal to run the gauge?

most narrow band are 0-1v.. wideband is 0-5v..

so theres no way the vems can trigger the gauge then?

There's currently no output for that function. You can just get any AIM-compatible gauge (like the VEMS round) and display the value.

or you can mount extra narowband and use it only for that purpose

A narrow band will give no useable information, only that its too rich or too lean.

that was what we were after Rob,
a visual aid while racing regarding the colour bands etc,

The warning light function can be used to alert you if you're running leaner than x.xx lambda, that's more then enough information to look at while racing.
