Title: calibration input for configswitch.....
Post by: rossi46numberone on May 29, 2011, 05:59:29 PM
Hi,
I use the channel 6 for switching the config A to B,grounding it with the common sensor ground using a normally open contact.
Now my question is what about the input calibration in this case regarding the fact I working in a On/Off way ?
Any suggestions???
Michele.....

You shouldn't have to do anything with the input calibration for the config switch. Just make sure input channel 6 has a 5v pull up (the respective EC18 pin should have 5v on it without anything connected to it) and channel 6 is enabled in the config switch settings.

Input calibration is more to do with logging extra sensors or the like.

Hi,
I 've checked like you said, everything works great ;)!!
I first try with 47k pot reducing slowly to zero Ohm and when the adc gauge gave me "0 volt" Vemstune  switched to the table "B".
For information I've used the EC18 pin6 input and grounded-it with the "common sensor ground" with a normally open contact from a relay activated by the LPG electro valve.
Now I'm able to run different VE-Table and lower the boost pressure when running in LPG mode fuel.
I can also decrease the warm-up-enr in lpg fuel, etc ...etc...
Nice job and thanks for your help!!! ;D
Regards,Michele.
