I use 1.1.27 firm.
GTO's s2 spec:
- piston woessner 81.5mm
- camshaft 7A
- rods DIGITUN
- head ported by my friend BORYS
- exhaust mani from ebay - made in China but modified
- Turbo GT30R
- IC China 230x550
- sa VEMS
- 630cc siemens
- 5x COP 2.0 TFSI
- fuel pump walbro 255
- MAC solenoid to boost control
- exhaust 3"
- Bilstein B6
- wheels 18" 225/40/18
- front brakes 323 s4 and porsche 996 monoblok 4 piston
- clutch by Radzikowski with double pressure plate
- boost is 1.75bar

2nd STASZEK's S2 got similar setup but he use holset turbo and only 7A exhaust cam and 2bar boost

waiting for 35R.
it is really interesting that on 1.75 bar boost you only made 431hp. is that wheel or crank?
why did you change to GT35?
is on crank measured by dynomet on road
hot air inside mani, outside was 35deg C, not fine tuned
(havent time to tune own car)
chinesse mani cracked , now must weld new one and want to test bigger turbo
got second intake cam - will try to retard it in order to lost overlap, i use combo from 7A now.

THIS GT35R is amazing - full boost is on 4100RPM
0.86 A/R turbine helps to breath at high rpm.
like it much like old one :)

small update, boost from 1.5 at middle to 1.9bar boost at top
need some leaner mixture and +0.1-0.2 bar more...

last week i switch to 1.1.88
starting without problem, needs retune boost and set boost in cells, before on 1.1.27 P is 120, now 17 I, D is the same.
waiting now for new cams from cat .
this gives me so much motivation.. i have been looking for a coupe for years in the states..
i finally found one and i get it this week..

I switched to 1.1.94 , connected KS-4 to anytrim and have got good knock kontrol now...
boost control work good too for me..

do you have the Outputsignal from the KS-4 0-5v put into your Vems at MCP3208 ch7 ?

also i got lines 14 LED diodes and see how high amplitude is on KS-4 output...

how do you like the 35r? i have a 35r on my 2.0 vw 16v, one cyl less then you.
do you have anywhere to get 1piece oem german headlights. i live in the US and would love to get a set. i cant find any on s2fourm. so i figured id ask you? let me know. and if you need any us or vems parts let me know
You can find them on s2forum but depends if your willing to pay the price speak to these people on the s2forum, for new PM s2avant or pete reeve

Boostd.... gt35r is enough for me, with 2.5 stroker i think will be perfect , before i got 30R and is better in city use... this 35R got better top but wake up higher..
maybe at winter i build stroker ;)
I can buy for you headlights no problem
