I am looking at the individual cylinder tuning options available in the latest experimental firmware. For this to be sensibly used I will need to log EGT for each cylinder and correlate it with my ECU datalog so maths can be done on it.
I'll need to log the 8 channels of EGT and something from the ECU to give a unique reference to synchronise the data (eg RPM and TPS)
Does anyone have suggestions for cost effective equipment?
vems can log 8 egt signals but you need to buy 6 http://shop.vems.hu/catalog/amplifier-dsub9-p-129.html and make little change to board(make 6 analog inputs).
Thanks. Sounds like a plan... Any links to where on the board I can find the additional ADC channels?

You need to use:
http://www.vems.hu/files/genboardv3/v3.3/v33_sch.pdf
MCP3208CISL , 8ch 12bit a/d. In log values from that chip are, 4 misc ch, 2 egt, one fuel and one exhaoust pressure.
You need to remove two pull up resistors for ch 7 and ch8.
How can I wire out this analogs? The schematic a bit confuses me.
For example ec18/3 fuel pressure is knock sensor 1 signal on v3.3 pinout.
