Vems to display Nitrous pressure?

This is just a though but would it be possible for my Vems gauge to display nitrous pressure if connected to a suitable sensor?  I was thinking one of these to give a 0-5 volt signal relevant to 0 - 1500 psi :

Great!  All i need is the kit now lol.  It's going to make my install alot neater as i don't really have loads of room for mounting gauges so being able to use the Vems for another display is brilliant!
