36-1 trigger setting

Hi,

my 20v 4age with VEMs has been running fine on my corolla, however I'm going to do a s2000 engine swap using existing loom. I'm trying trace the setting and try to understand the system abit more.

The 4age was running 36-1 and no problem at, but I don't understand the trigger setting as follow:

Angular width of tooth - 10
Angular width of missing tooth - 6
Engine phase - 216

My question is, shouldn't the angular width of tooth be 3 according to http://www.vems.hu/manual/html/ch09.html#table.enginephase this link ?

Ah, I understand abit more after doing abit of search on the forum. It doesn't really matter unless the filter is enabled. :)
