Spark problem.????

My Vems has Option 4 + 4, four high current channels and 4 logic level.
I use EC36 pin 34 and Ec36 pin 36 with a two coil ( 4 cylinder wasted spark ).
When engine started only work 2 cylinders, only spark 1 coil. ???
It can be a configuration problem?
It may be that it affects a shift light?

Maybe moving the faulty coil wire to another high current output and configure the vems for that output and see what happens?
