Board v3.7 Primary Trigger converting from VR to HALL

Hi. I would like to convert my vems v 3.7 from pr trigger VR to HALL.
What i have done :
SJ2 closed SJ6 open
R30 pullup (3,3kohm)
I did measure the voltage between SJ2 and GND with board powered without Hall sensor.
2 V only  :'( , i know its not enough.
Is there anyone who knows what to do? How to push that voltage up?
