What wiring diagram use

huliits:
I bought used Vems with some wire harness that was instaled on BMW m54 engine.
I checked with vems v3.6 wiring diagram,and almost nothing was like in diagram.
The wideband sensor is in diffrent pins,5v doesnt have pins etc.
My question is,can I make a new harness like in v3.6 diagram or I need use some special one. I want to instal it on BWW m50 turbo engine.
I add some pictures,from my vems inside.

This unit is built by me years ago. Almost everything matches with Wiring. 5V. wide band.

18 pin connector:

1 not used (may be used for analogue input)
2, 3  analogue inputs 2 and 5 with pullups.
6 analogue input 6 with pullup
12 Exhaust cam Hall sensor.
14 Knock 1
15 Knock 2
16 analogue Ch 0 or 1  With no pullup.
17 GND from unit.

No speed input.

36 pin connector:

Injector outputs are A B C D E F
G and H are for IACV

Ignition outputs are that TO220 row: 0, 1, 4, 5, 6, 7

Outputs 2 and 3 are dedicated for VANOS pwm valves

Wideband is LSU 4.2

LCD DSUB9 pins did not matches with official.
