inlet temp sensor
« on: May 17, 2009, 08:28:52 pm »
Why is my inlet air temp sensors shown 24 celcius deegres when my car is cold an air temp outside are under 15 deegres? Is it some how to calibrade the sensors?

hello!

We using yb too. With 36-1 vr, wastedspark. Original marelli sensors have near 3k at 25 so use 3000_256 or 3050_256 patches

now i have tried to do tempsensor_upload but i have errors :-\

Will try to explain what is happened.

First i upgrade my firmware to 1.0.73final (download_config,generate config, upload firmware an upload config) All in 16x14 tables. So when i start megatune in 16x14HB the inlet temp showns nearly 45 deegres celsius when the engine are cold.I use the inlet temp sensor from Vems.hu.
So then i exit megatune,go into vems folder an take tempsensor_upload16x14. When it is finished i start megatune once again an i got error message. Its says like this" expect recived 16x14 etc but got recived 12x12" an i been asked to terminate megatune?
Why is it recived 12x12 when i have uploaded 16x14?
But when i push the "no" button and are in megatune my tempvalues are much better? But the VE/Spark tables are wrong.

What i do wrong?
Also have "trigger error" in megatune when my car is running? Is it bug`?  :-[

And i tried to upgrade to firmware 1.1.44alpha but my car wouldnt start then.

Maybe am stupid ???

Easier upload temp patches with vemstune. Try that:

Sorry, we use 1.1.18 on one car and 1.1.27 on three.
But maybe firmware upload not touch the iat,clt patches. Upload fw and patches with newer fw with vemstune, than downgrade only the fw if need with batch script?
