i dont know ...its a s14 det uk car with the vvt on the inlet   ?

That's all I needed to know, in short, yes you can run the VVT, we have that running on a few of them no problems at all.

SILBEAM:
is it worth it as i keep hearing vvt sprockets cost a boom for a new one ...wot will it do...
