will the vems run the vvt or shall i just dich it if so how ...

i dont know ...its a s14 det uk car with the vvt on the inlet   ?

That's all I needed to know, in short, yes you can run the VVT, we have that running on a few of them no problems at all.

Well the old VVT rattle is a pain if you get it, but its more cosmetic than damaging.
The VVT gives you a bit of mid-range power boost, its debatable how much of an advantage it gives you if you're running without a Cat but its so simple to wire in that its silly not to.
On the RB25 it fills a massive hole in the torque curve.
