no engine has 40degree idle
so that leads me to believe that your base line trigger settings are wrong
double , no triple check them with a timing light.

The trigger and tdc checked twice. Secondly on idle and 3000 rpm with static advance (mdaxx). But it is true, the trigger checked with tdc marks, not with gauge into ignition plug core.
The engine start with 5 degree advance happily, I just saw, with higher idle advance, egt gone a little bit down, (the compression is below 1:7)

If you use OE Russian made trigger wheel, your a bit noisy Rpm signal is normal.

But Your idle advance and EGT..
Here is something wrong for sure. It can be too low CR, wrong camshaft timing or something like that.

Some time ago i tuned Volvo 8V engine, where CR was way too low for application. We tried much things like intercoolers, retard camshaft,  exhaust manifold, modern turbo and so on. But what we get - sky high EGT and NO Power. I never saw before engine where get red exhaust manifold at idle was no problem. On absolutely normal AFR. No knock restriction. Only EGT.

I suggest rise up CR and try again. Stock CR can be good. LADA have some OE pistons with dishes.

Thx

What is the acceptable value of egt? The sensor in the mainfold before the turbo.
