Multiple earths

is it possible to create different earth points for the wideband sensor and analogue in when using the VEMS AFR EGT gauge?

What is making you want to do this?

I was told by someone that it would be a good idea to have the wideband sensor grounded to the engine and the rest to another ground.  It doesn't matter matter i've just used the single ground and everything seems fine

Grounding one device in two different places is a very good way to damage it!  :o
